Just as an fyi - I will likely boulder much of this climbing meetup. Others may be doing more roped climbing though.

If you are a beginner you will be required to take a quick introductory course which starts at 7pm to teach you the basics of the figure 8 follow-through knot and how to belay a climber from a top rope. The introductory course starts at 7pm and you'll have to fill out some paperwork first... The cost for the class is $35 which includes harness rental, shoes, admission and lesson. If you've been to Rocksport before and don't need the class, the cost of admission is $12 plus shoe and harness rental. ($8.00). If you have your own shoes and harness you don't have to pay the rental fee. Rocksport is located in an industrial area and only has a small sign near the road - so be sure to look for the address.
